Canada-US border is about to become “a real border”

Except, of course, when it comes to projects like New Brunswick Premier
Shawn Graham’s “energy pathways” that will take energy
from the Maritime Provinces to “increase the security and reliability
for the northeastern states”
(Irving’s next frontier: electricity, 26 March).
