In his letter of 23 January, Murray Coolican, Nova Scotia’s Deputy Minister of Energy writes, “Mr. Hughes said Nova Scotia needs an energy strategy to ensure the long-term energy security of the province. I couldn’t agree more.”

If Mr. Coolican’s views represent those of the provincial government, when can we expect to see this new strategy?
